So hectic here in the Archer household at the moment. I really feel like I am chasing my tail here at the moment.. Will add family news to the blog over the weekend..but wanted to advertise one of our new workshops over at the @Home site.
Lots to reveal over the weekend with the start of our 1st birthday festivities. Can't wait to share. As the @Home site has grown over the past year, so has the number of workshop categories SO the workshops page has had a facelift.
It's lookin' good (if I do say so myself!!). I did the graphics and Peter, webguy extroadinaire made it all function as it should! And I am very happy with the result. Still a few things to do though. And a lot of the categories are looking a little sad and empty but they will fill up in no time. We have been VERY industrious with some new stuff but it takes time to get it all uploaded and I will be working hard over the weekend to get lots of things sorted/uploaded/revealed and ready.
Anyway..the reason for my post tonight..the lovely Helen has designed her first class for us over at the site. And she's done a FABULOUS job!! I had been admiring some of Helen's latest layouts that arrived in my inbox a while ago. I was marvelling at how well she put together such different elements and vintagey type things but with a modern twist. And then I decided SHE NEEDED TO DESIGN A WORKSHOP!!!!
And so our first FRESH VINTAGE workshop was born.
PLUS I've been busy sourcing, ordering and packing up lots of bits and pieces to make some Fresh Vintage little kits. They have been designed as an introduction to using Fresh Vintage supplies in your layouts and while they don't contain the supplies Helen has used, they make the perfect companion for Helen's class.
And now I am off to bed! We would love to see you in Helen's workshop!!! Everyone most welcome.
