(this post is for Donna! Who gently reminded me it was about time for a blog update:)
Well, there's kits and felt and fabric and bath tea bags and baubles and more baubles and another truckload of baubles and bells and beads and bangles and did I mention baubles..all over the house at the moment. Kits have still been flying out the door at a remarkable rate!!! It's been incredible!

other news:
BIG day here yesterday.
Huge in fact!
Capri got her ears pierced!!!! woo hoo. This kid has desperately wanted her ears pierced for as long as I can remember. And on a bit of a whim we called into the local Chemist after school and got them done yesterday! She was very brave. Although she was packing it!! Not the best of photos...but wanted to show Aunty Debbie and the family. She did actually get BOTH ears done even though the photo doesn't show that!!
Capri's also having a birthday party early December.
The invites went out yesterday.
Everythings been crazy here for the past few weeks - not just with the Spectacular but with a few other big projects I have on the go so the invites were quickly stitched up before the school run as I hadn't been able to finish them! So there I was, as you do, at 8.30am before school, machine stitching all the invites while I yelled at the kids to keep getting ready!!!! Miraculously the kids arrived at school just as the bell went!!!!!!!!! And I was able to add a big fat tick next to Capri's Invites on my never ending to-do list.
here they are:
She's having a craft (scrapping, stamping, beading and some other things) party which sounded like a great idea several weeks ago!! But now the reality has set in and I have a lot to organise! But it will be fine...
Other news:
We had our information meeting for Jamison last week for high school next year. I wish time would slow just a little so I could catch up because last time I looked, Jamison was in about year 3 wasn't he..not year 6 heading to high school next year!! I still get a shock when he comes bounding out of class each afternoon and is almost as tall as me! All of his end of year activities and ceremonies start soon...and I feel sad I will have only one child in primary next year!!
I am still loving Idol. Sad that Carl went. Happy that Matt is in the grand final. Hope he wins. And hooked, thanks to Janelle and Julie on that new reality show about the Farmers..which is on tonight..I'm such a sucker!
Have a great Wednesday everyone..
